It’s always a good morning when you wake up to a tasty, nutritious breakfast.
This will fuel your day as you go through all the things you need to do.
Here is a healthy breakfast you can make on your own. If you can’t find cherry tomatoes, use regular tomatoes and chop them up!
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons feta cheese
- 8 cherry tomatoes, slices into half
- 7 pcs basil leaves, sliced
- pinch of paprika
- pinch of pepper
- pinch of salt
- pinch of chili flakes
- cooking oil
Step 1 Beat eggs, salt pepper and chilifkaes in bowl.
Step 2 Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Pour egg misture into skillet and cook without stirring for about 5 seconds.
Step 3 Stir in the rest of the mixture, except paprika and chili flakes, pouring evenly all over the eggs. Cover skillet, set to low heat and cook for 10 more seconds
Step 4 Turn off heat, sprinkle paprika and chili flakes. Serve.
